1. Weigher
The weigher features a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. Leveraging a combination of large-scale and small-scale feeding alongside instantaneous material stoppage techniques, it masterfully balances speed and precision. During operation, the large-scale feeding addresses the bulk of the packaging-95%-while the small-scale feeding fine-tunes the final 5%. This dual-stage feeding method not only accelerates the packaging process but also ensures unparalleled accuracy.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is integral to the entire packaging setup, designed meticulously to ensure a seamless supply of bags. Featuring components like the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors, it operates with remarkable precision. Photoelectric switches detect the presence of bags in the magazine, signaling the robotic arm to pick them up efficiently. In the absence of bags, the system alerts with a no-bag alarm and pauses the machine. Simply reload new bags, press the start button, and the packaging gracefully resumes.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is pivotal, designed to expertly clamp the mouth of the filled bag, guide it through the bag mouth station, and seamlessly transfer it to the sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is deftly pushed onto the conveyor. This sophisticated mechanism is composed of a robust power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, all working in harmony for optimal performance.
