Experience the pinnacle of precision with our weigher, featuring a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. This advanced system seamlessly integrates varied handling methods, including large-scale feeding for speed, small-scale feeding for accuracy, and instantaneous material stoppage for precision. Initially, the large-scale feeding propels the packaging speed by filling up to 95%, followed by precise small-scale feeding for the final 5%. This ingenious combination guarantees unmatched packaging efficiency and accuracy.

 

2. Advanced Bag Provide System
Our state-of-the-art bag supply system is an essential component of the complete packaging setup, ensuring a continuous supply of bags. Featuring critical elements such as the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors, this system operates with exceptional reliability. Photoelectric switches detect the presence of bags in the supply magazine, enabling the robotic arm to pick them up flawlessly. In the absence of bags, a no-bag alarm is triggered, and the packaging machine pauses automatically. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is activated, the seamless packaging process resumes.

 

3. Efficient Bag Holding and Transferring Mechanism
The bag holding and transferring mechanism plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. This mechanism clamps the mouth of the filled bag, guides it through the bag mouth station, and transfers it to the sewing or heat sealing machine for a secure seal. Post-sealing, the bag is pushed onto the conveyor system. The mechanism comprises a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, all working in harmony to deliver flawless performance.
