This advanced packaging machine is meticulously engineered to serve the rubber and plastic industries, excelling in packaging various plastic particles. Beyond this, it caters to other sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, grains and oils, feed, fertilizers, building materials, additives, and more. The production process is fully automated, encompassing bag supplying, bag picking, bag opening, bagging, weighing, filling, bag unloading, bag mouth shaping, vacuum extraction, and heat sealing.

1. Weigher
The weigher employs a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system, seamlessly blending various handling methods such as large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage. The large-scale feeding mode regulates the packaging speed, while the small-scale feeding ensures impeccable packaging precision. Initially, 95% of the fill is achieved through large-scale feeding, followed by the remaining 5% through fine-scale feeding. This innovative approach guarantees both exceptional speed and accuracy in packaging.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is a pivotal component of the entire packaging setup, designed to efficiently supply bags. It comprises essential elements like the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch confirms their presence, enabling the robotic arm to operate smoothly. In the absence of bags, the system promptly triggers a no-bag alarm, causing the packaging machine to pause automatically. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the packaging process resumes seamlessly.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism plays a crucial role by clamping the mouth of the filled bag, transporting it through the bag mouth guide station, and guiding it into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine. Post sealing, the bag is seamlessly transferred onto the conveyor. This mechanism is powered by a robust motor and includes components such as the guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
