This state-of-the-art packaging machine is meticulously engineered by Hefei Hopdevice to cater to the rubber and plastic industry, ideal for packaging various plastic particles. Additionally, it is versatile enough for use in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, grains and oils, feed, fertilizers, building materials, additives, and more. 1. Weigher
The weigher employs a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. This system expertly integrates multiple handling methods, including large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage. Large-scale feeding is crucial for controlling the packaging speed, while small-scale feeding is integral to ensuring precise packaging accuracy. When the large-scale feeding process reaches 95% capacity, the system seamlessly transitions to fine-tuned small-scale feeding for the remaining 5%. This innovative feeding approach guarantees optimal packaging speed and exceptional accuracy, meeting the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is a cornerstone of the entire packaging setup, dedicated to the seamless supply of bags. The system encompasses essential components including the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch confirms their availability, enabling the robotic arm to pick up bags without interruption. In the absence of bags, the system promptly issues a no-bag alarm signal, causing the packaging machine to pause automatically. Upon replenishing new bags and pressing the start button, the packaging process resumes efficiently and without delay.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is meticulously designed to clamp the mouth of the filled bag and smoothly transfer it through the bag mouth guide station into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine. Post sealing, the bag is efficiently moved onto the conveyor. This mechanism comprises key components such as a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate. Each part works in unison to ensure the seamless transition and secure sealing of every bag, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of the packaging process.
