1. Weigher
The weigher utilizes an advanced pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. This sophisticated mechanism employs a combination of large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage techniques. The large-scale feeding component is responsible for managing the packaging speed, while the small-scale feeding ensures precise packaging accuracy. Initially, the large-scale feeder fills the package up to 95%, and the remaining 5% is meticulously completed by the small-scale feeder. This innovative feeding strategy guarantees exceptional packaging speed and unparalleled accuracy.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is a crucial element of the entire packaging operation, designed to efficiently manage the supply of bags. It features critical components including a bag holder, limit stop plate, and sophisticated photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch detects them and signals the robotic arm to proceed with normal bag pickup. In the absence of bags, the system activates a no-bag alarm signal, causing the packaging machine to automatically pause operations. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the packaging process seamlessly resumes, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is designed to expertly handle the bag throughout the packaging process. Its primary functions include clamping the mouth of the filled bag, transferring it through the bag mouth guide station, and delivering it into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine for sealing. After sealing, the bag is efficiently pushed onto the conveyor belt. The mechanism is comprised of a robust power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and a bag pushing plate, all working in harmony to ensure smooth and precise bag handling.
