As the system reaches 95% capacity with large-scale feeding, it seamlessly transitions to small-scale fine feeding for the final 5%. 2. Innovative Bag Provide System
Our state-of-the-art bag supply system is the cornerstone of the entire packaging operation, efficiently delivering bags. It boasts an array of sophisticated components, including the bag holder, limit stop plate, and high-precision photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch confirms their availability, enabling the robotic arm to pick up bags effortlessly. In the absence of bags, the system triggers a no-bag alarm, pausing the packaging machine. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the process resumes seamlessly.

 

3. Efficient Bag Holding and Transferring Mechanism
The primary role of our bag holding and transferring mechanism is to secure the mouth of the filled bag, guide it through the mouth guide station, and deliver it to the bag sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is smoothly transitioned onto the conveyor. This mechanism is powered by a robust motor and features a guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and a bag pushing plate, all working in harmony for flawless bag handling.
