During operation, large-scale feeding rapidly fills up to 95% of the target weight, with the remaining 5% precisely managed by small-scale fine feeding. 2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is a cornerstone of our packaging setup, meticulously designed to ensure seamless bag availability. It includes integral components such as the bag holder, limit stop plate, and highly responsive photoelectric detectors. When the magazine holds bags, the photoelectric switch detects their presence, allowing the robotic arm to function flawlessly. In cases of bag depletion, the system promptly triggers a no-bag alarm signal, pausing operations. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is activated, the packaging process resumes without a hitch.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is engineered for precision and efficiency. Its primary function is to securely clamp the filled bag's mouth, guide it through the bag mouth station, and seamlessly transfer it to the sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is smoothly pushed onto the conveyor. This intricate mechanism comprises a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, all working in concert to ensure a flawless packaging operation.
