1. Weigher
The weigher is equipped with a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system, meticulously engineered to optimize the packaging process. This advanced system integrates multiple handling methods, including large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage, to achieve unparalleled efficiency and precision. The large-scale feeding mechanism accelerates the packaging speed, while the small-scale feeding mechanism maintains exceptional accuracy, ensuring that every package meets the highest standards. By initially filling up to 95% with large-scale feeding and fine-tuning the remaining 5% with small-scale feeding, this method guarantees both speed and accuracy in the packaging process.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is a crucial component of the entire packaging setup, ingeniously designed to ensure a seamless supply of bags. This system comprises essential elements such as the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors, working in perfect harmony to maintain operational efficiency. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch promptly signals their availability, allowing the robotic arm to pick up bags and continue the packaging process without interruption. In the event of a bag shortage, the system immediately triggers a no-bag alarm, pausing the machine until new bags are loaded, and the start button is pressed, resuming the packaging operations seamlessly.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is a pivotal part of the packaging process, expertly designed to manage the filled bags with precision and care. Its primary function is to securely clamp the mouth of the filled bag, guide it through the bag mouth guide station, and seamlessly transfer it into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the mechanism efficiently pushes the bag onto the conveyor. This intricate system consists of a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, all working in unison to ensure smooth and reliable bag handling.
