1. Weigher
The weigher employs an innovative pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system, designed for both efficiency and precision. It smartly integrates various feeding methods: large-scale for speed, small-scale for accuracy, and instant material stoppage for control. Initially, large-scale feeding accelerates to fill up to 95% of the packaging, then small-scale fine feeding finishes the remaining 5%. This sophisticated approach guarantees optimal packaging speed without compromising on precision.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system is the lifeline of the entire packaging operation, ensuring a continuous supply of bags. It includes critical components like the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch signals the robotic arm to pick up bags seamlessly. If the magazine is empty, a no-bag alarm is triggered, and the machine halts automatically. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the packaging process effortlessly resumes.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is engineered to expertly manage the filled bag's journey. It securely clamps the bag's mouth, guides it through the bag mouth guide station, and seamlessly moves it to the bag sewing or heat sealing machine. After sealing, the bag is efficiently pushed onto the conveyor. This mechanism comprises a powerful motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, working in harmony for smooth and reliable operation.
