Packing Machine Each Part Introduction
1. Pre-place Empty Bags
Place 2~3 stacks of empty bags at the same time to ensure a continuous supply for the packaging machine.
2.Take an Empty bag
The bag sucking mechanism uses negative pressure to pick the bottom of the bag, while the roller-up type transmission structure flattens the mouth and conveys it to the bag opening station.
3.Open Empty bag
The bag opening mechanism uses negative pressure to lift the bag mouth while rotating 'insert knives' spread the mouth open. This dual-action system ensures the bag is ready for filling.
4.Supply Empty bag
The empty bag is lifted by the knife arm and transferred to the bag clamping mechanism, which secures the bag to prevent dust overflow during filling.
5.Material Filling
The bag clamping detection device confirms bag readiness, prompting the PLC to signal the automatic weighing unit. Material is then discharged into the bag with bottom vibration and dust removal processes ensuring clean filling.
6.Holding bag and Heat Sealing
Post-filling, the bag is clamped and conveyed horizontally to the heat sealing station, where automatic sealing ensures a secure closure.
