3. Stack the products in a certain arrangement on pallets for automatic stacking. Multiple layers can be stacked, and then they can be pushed out for easy transportation to the warehouse by forklifts for storage.
4. It adopts touch screen operation to achieve human-machine dialogue, which can display production speed, fault causes and locations, and has a high degree of automation.
5. The PLC can be programmed to control the sorting and stacking times of cartons, as well as the supply and discharge of pallets.
6. The adjustment of the stacking method is convenient and simple, and can be carried out on the touch screen. The stacking is stable, efficient, and can greatly save manpower.
