1. Precision Weigher
Our state-of-the-art weigher features an ingenious dual-stage feeding system that leverages both pneumatic and gravity-based mechanisms. This sophisticated system offers multiple feeding methods: large-scale feeding for speed, small-scale for precision, and an instantaneous material stop for ultimate control. As the large-scale feeding handles up to 95% of the fill, the fine-tuned small-scale feeding ensures the remaining 5% is packed with impeccable accuracy. This harmonious blend guarantees rapid yet precise packaging.
2. Advanced Bag Provide System
The backbone of our automated packaging process, the advanced bag supply system, ensures a seamless flow of bags into the operation. Comprising components like the robust bag holder, precise limit stop plate, and cutting-edge photoelectric detectors, it signals the robotic arm to pick up bags when the reservoir is stocked. In the event of an empty magazine, an immediate no-bag alarm halts the machine, resuming only when replenished bags are detected, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
3. Bag Holding and Transferring Mechanism
Designed for efficiency, our bag holding and transferring mechanism expertly clamps and guides filled bags from one stage to another. Utilizing a powerful motor, a precision guide shaft, and a smooth sliding carriage, it seamlessly transfers the bag through the bag mouth guide station into either the sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is efficiently pushed onto the conveyor. This sophisticated mechanism includes a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, working in perfect harmony to streamline the packaging process.
