This system seamlessly integrates large-scale and small-scale feeding methods, ensuring unparalleled packaging speed and accuracy. Initially, large-scale feeding manages up to 95% of the fill, then, with pinpoint accuracy, small-scale feeding completes the remaining 5%. This strategic approach guarantees both rapid and precise packaging.

 

2. Bag Provide System
Our state-of-the-art bag supply system is the cornerstone of efficient packaging. Key components, including the bag holder, limit stop plate, and advanced photoelectric detectors, work in harmony to ensure a smooth supply of bags. The photoelectric switch actively monitors bag availability, signaling the robotic arm to pick up bags when present. In the absence of bags, the system promptly issues an alarm and pauses operations. Simply reload the bags and press start to resume seamless packaging.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
Our innovative bag holding and transferring mechanism is designed for optimal efficiency. It expertly clamps the mouth of the filled bag, guides it through the bag mouth station, and seamlessly transitions it to the bag sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is effortlessly transferred onto the conveyor. Key components include a robust power motor, precision guide shaft, smooth sliding carriage, secure bag mouth clamping plate, and an efficient bag pushing plate.
