This series of quantitative packaging scale units is specially designed for the quantitative packaging of various granular materials and fine granular materials with good fluidity and low dust. It adopts pneumatic arc-shaped doors or vibration methods for graded feeding. The pneumatic arc-shaped door or vibrating feeder is controlled by the sensor feedback signal to feed the materials in grades into the weighing hopper or packaging bag. When the material in the weighing hopper or packaging bag is filled to the set weight, the feeding mechanism stops feeding. After reaching the set value, the bag clamp will automatically open, and the material bags will be conveyed away by the conveyor belt, with manual assistance in sewing (sealing) the bags.

Machine Feature

1. For granular materials containing a small amount of powder, the inner surface of the equipment is all mirror-like during the contact or passage of the materials. Its shape is designed as semi-elliptical or elliptical, with smooth transitions, no dead corners, and is not prone to material accumulation.

2. The main part through which the materials flow is equipped with observation and maintenance Windows for easy inspection and cleaning. Moreover, the observation port is equipped with a photoelectric switch. When the observation port is opened, the equipment stops running to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

3. The discharging mechanism is controlled by a cylinder with adjustable stroke. The size of the discharge port can be manually adjusted, making it easier to control the packaging speed and accuracy of the products.

4. A water collection tray is designed at the lower opening of the belt. There is no filter screen inside the tray to prevent the material from blocking the water collection pipe. The position of the water-saving tray can be adjusted freely without occupying or affecting the operation space below.
