1. Weigher
The advanced weigher employs a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. It masterfully integrates various handling methods such as large-scale, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage. With large-scale feeding, it controls the packaging speed, while small-scale feeding ensures unparalleled precision. Once the large-scale feeding fills up to 95%, the fine, small-scale feeding meticulously completes the remaining 5%. This innovative approach guarantees both exceptional speed and accuracy in packaging.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The state-of-the-art bag supply system plays a pivotal role in the entire packaging process by efficiently supplying bags. It features components such as the robust bag holder, precise limit stop plate, and high-sensitivity photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch signals their availability, enabling the robotic arm to seamlessly pick up bags. In the absence of bags, the system triggers a no-bag alarm and the packaging machine halts automatically. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the process resumes flawlessly.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The sophisticated bag holding and transferring mechanism is designed to precisely clamp the mouth of the filled bag, transfer it through the bag mouth guide station, and seamlessly move it into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine. After sealing, the bag is efficiently pushed onto the conveyor. This intricate mechanism comprises a powerful motor, precision guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
