This cutting-edge device is meticulously engineered to serve the rubber and plastic industry, specifically tailored for packaging a variety of plastic granules. 1. Weigher
The weigher employs a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. This innovative design integrates multiple handling techniques such as large-scale feeding, precise small-scale feeding, and instant material stoppage. The large-scale feeding mechanism is responsible for controlling the packaging speed, while the small-scale feeding mechanism guarantees impeccable packaging accuracy. Specifically, when the large-scale feed reaches 95% capacity, the precise small-scale feed takes over to complete the remaining 5%. This meticulously engineered feeding method ensures that both speed and accuracy are optimally maintained.

 

2. Bag Provide System
The bag supply system plays a pivotal role in the entire packaging operation by continuously supplying bags. This system features key components including a bag holder, limit stop plate, and advanced photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the supply magazine, the photoelectric switch detects them and signals the robotic arm to function seamlessly. In the absence of bags, the system triggers a no-bag alarm and the packaging machine automatically halts. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is activated, the packaging process swiftly resumes, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
The bag holding and transferring mechanism is designed to expertly clamp the mouth of the filled bag, transfer it through the guide station, and guide it into the bag sewing or heat sealing machine. After the bag is sealed, it is then pushed onto the conveyor. This mechanism is comprised of essential components such as a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate. Together, these components work in harmony to ensure precise and efficient bag transfer and sealing.
