1. Advanced Weigher
The innovative weigher integrates a sophisticated pneumatic and gravity-based dual-stage feeding system. It employs versatile handling methods such as large-scale feeding, small-scale feeding, and instantaneous material stoppage. With large-scale feeding governing the packaging speed and small-scale feeding ensuring pinpoint accuracy, this system achieves remarkable efficiency. When the large-scale feed reaches 95% capacity, the precise small-scale feed completes the remaining 5%, ensuring an impeccable balance of speed and accuracy.

 

2. Superior Bag Provide System
The bag supply system in this state-of-the-art packaging setup is designed to seamlessly supply bags. Key components include the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. When bags are present in the magazine, the photoelectric switch confirms their presence, enabling the robotic arm to pick them up effortlessly. If bags are absent, the system promptly issues a no-bag alarm signal, causing the packaging machine to pause automatically. Once new bags are loaded and the start button is pressed, the packaging process resumes smoothly.

 

3. Precision Bag Holding and Transferring Part
This crucial mechanism in the packaging process is designed to securely clamp the mouth of the filled bag, transfer it through the bag mouth guide station, and move it into the bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine. After sealing, the bag is efficiently pushed onto the conveyor. Key components include a power motor, guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, all working in harmony to ensure seamless operation.
