Packing Machine Each Part Introduction
1. Pre-place Empty Bags
Place 2~3 stacks of empty bags simultaneously to ensure a continuous supply for the packaging machine.
2. Take an Empty Bag
The bag suction mechanism uses negative pressure to grasp the bottom of the bag. Concurrently, the roller-up type bag transmission structure flattens the bag mouth, guiding it smoothly to the bag opening station.
3. Open Empty Bag
The bag opening mechanism employs negative pressure to simultaneously suck both sides of the bag mouth. It then lifts the bag, allowing the 'insert knives' structure to rotate and spread the bag mouth open for material discharge.
4. Supply Empty Bag
The bag is transferred to the bag clamping mechanism by lifting the knife arm, completing the bag supply operation. The clamping mechanism then secures the bag's sides to prevent dust overflow.
5. Material Filling
The bag clamping detection device ensures reliable bag supply. Upon detection completion, the PLC signals the automatic weighing unit to discharge material into the bag. During filling, bottom vibration is performed, and an external dust removal interface ensures any dust is efficiently removed.
6. Holding Bag and Heat Sealing
After filling, the bag mouth is clamped horizontally and conveyed to the heat sealing station via the guide entry mechanism. The bag is then automatically heat-sealed to ensure secure closure.
