The large-scale feeding accelerates the packaging speed to optimal levels, whereas the small-scale feeding guarantees exact packaging accuracy. As soon as the large-scale feeding reaches 95% capacity, the precise small-scale fine feeding completes the remaining 5%. This sophisticated approach ensures unparalleled speed and accuracy in every package.

 

2. Bag Provide System
Our state-of-the-art bag supply system is the heart of the entire packaging setup, efficiently handling the supply of bags. It features meticulously designed components such as the bag holder, limit stop plate, and photoelectric detectors. The photoelectric switch confirms the presence of bags in the supply magazine, enabling the robotic arm to function flawlessly. In the absence of bags, the system promptly alerts with a no-bag alarm signal, pausing the packaging process. Simply load new bags and press the start button to resume seamless packaging operations.

 

3. Bag Holding and Transferring Part
Revolutionize your packaging process with our sophisticated bag holding and transferring mechanism. Its primary role is to expertly clamp the mouth of the filled bag, guide it through the bag mouth guide station, and seamlessly transition it into the bag sewing or heat sealing machine. Post-sealing, the bag is effortlessly pushed onto the conveyor. This mechanism comprises a high-power motor, precision guide shaft, sliding carriage, bag mouth clamping plate, and bag pushing plate, ensuring smooth and efficient bag handling at every stage.
